Martine Bastien - General Manager & Bookkeeper
Martine has over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping and has been responsible for transitioning several businesses from paper-based to electronic bookkeeping systems. She is thoroughly familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, and government remittance. She has demonstrated the ability to adapt immediately to any accounting system, while being extremely dependable in completing projects accurately and on time. Highly organized, and detail oriented, Martine has a reputation to readily inspire the confidence and trust of clients, while providing the highest level of customer service. Also fully bilingual, Martine has the ability to read, write and speak both English and French.
In her role as General Manager, Martine is also responsible for the training of employees, ensuring that all of our employees are providing the most reliable bookkeeping service in Simcoe County, as well as maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Martine serves on the board of the Alliston & District Chamber of Commerce as Treasurer.

With over 19 years experience, Beverly has an extensive knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and government remittances. Her attitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills have made her a pleasure for all of our clients to work with. Beverly is thoroughly familiar with both Quickbooks and Simply Accounting.
Terrina Copan - Bookkeeper
Terrina, although fairly new to the team, is a seasoned bookkeeper with 20 years experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and government remittance. She is well versed in Quickbooks and Simply Accounting. Terrina is eager to work closely with her clients to make sure all their needs are met.
